Applicants should be citizens of an EFIC chapter country with a position
at a recognized hospital, university or other institution that provides
the infrastructure and other support necessary for carrying out the
proposed research.
They should have obtained a PhD, M.D. or equivalent
postgraduate degree and should not be born before
January 1st, 1972.
